Sex Addiction is a strong, uncontrollable need to carry out a particular sexual behaviour. It takes over your life and can cause problems at home or work.
You may find this is your main addiction but struggle with some others at a less intrusive level. Other addictions may include alcohol or drug use, shopping, gaming, gambling or food-related behaviours.
